Cancelling the hourlie

The buyer asks me to cancel the hourlie she bought. How can I do that?

  From the same Workstream , above the message text box , you will find an option to issue refund , put the entire amount and reason of the refund.

  10% cancellation fee may apply.

  I don't think you understand. We decided not to work together and just want to cancel the hourlie. I've had this kind of situation before, but it was always the buyer who cancelled the hourlie. Is that the point? Should the buyer cancel it?

  cancel = refund request.
