Set Up payment method not clear

Dear PPH

I am new to PPH and completed one job. However to raise an invoice I need to setup payment method.

I want to deposit account to my friend's bank account.

The Bank is a US based bank. Its name is Bank of America.

Can you please guide me how to set up this process?

Open Settings>payments>Withdrawal accounts>Add new account>bank account> Select Country as United States > Proceed

Now I am stuck which to select. "United States - International Payment" or "United States - Local Payment with Beneficiary Details"

please help me which method to select. Also What are the fees to transfer.
