Hi, I have posted a job, and paid for two people to complete the gig. I cannot message them though as the stream has been blocked. Please help?

  Many thanks for your message.

  The workstream may be blocked as your potential sellers are no longer a member of PPH.

  Hi,

  I have been messaged by someone who is looking for my services but when I go to message them back I receive the below message - can you explain this please?

  The specific Stream has been blocked because Branding consultant has been moderated. Please note that all available Escrow funds have now been credited to the Buyer's PPH account.
