I can't add my payoneer account for withdraw

Hi,

I tried to add my Payoneer account. But there is showing a message

"You cannot connect People Per Hour to this Payoneer account. Please apply for a new Payoneer account through People Per Hour using a different email address."

Let me know, how can I add my Payoneer Account.
