System won;t let me pay - is system down?
When I click "accept" to hire a freelancer's proposal and enter credit card info, the system won't process payment. Please see attached screen shot showing it won't connect. I tried both IE and Chrome browsers.
I called the payment processing company "live.adyen.com" tech support. They said I have to call People Per Hour, which understandibly, is impossible to call.
Help - the freelancer will think I'm a bad guy from not paying. Thanks!
