WHERE/HOW DO I UPLOAD VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS IF IT DOESN'T PROMPT FOR IT?

I've received an email from PPH saying that for verification provide the proper documents to have their account verified, . I need to upload a new document but there was no link on the email and I cannot locate in the payments section (or other section) where/how to upload this new document. please, can you tell me how to do this?

  I have submitted my document almost 8-10 times still PPH not clearning my invoice, can you help.
