Genuine Profile Picture

My application keeps getting rejected because i need to give a "genuine profile picture"...

 

I've provided two different images of myself, can someone tell me if this is an error or let me know exactly what's classed as a "genuine profile picture". Since i'm curntly at a loss and would like to start some jobs on the website...

  Hi 

  I also have same problem. My profile picture is not accepted because of genuine profile picture problem. I upload two different image but server always ask for genuine profile picture.

  what is problem?
