Log In Account Lost

I created an account yesterday and "signed up" with LinkedIn, I used my PPH account all day yesterday and replied to the requests, since yesterday I have gotten multiple more requests sent through my email and I can't go to them.

1. When I click on the email about a proposal it brings me to the "Oops!" page.

2. When I opt to "log in with LinkedIn" it brings me to the sign up page.

I am ready to reply to my proposals but I can't get into my account through LinkedIn like I did yesterday. Also, in trying to navigate the site and find a way in, I accidentally created a new account, but I just need to get into my original account where all the proposals are waiting for replies.
