PeoplePerHour is took my money and will not give it to the worker that completed my work.  They did an excellent job and they pulled my money BUT still are not transferring it the person who did the work.  **Additionally, I cannot find a single phone number ANYWHERE to call them and ask them to may the payment to the person who SUCCESSFULLY DID THE WORK.!! As the person who requested the work, approved the succesful completion of the work - now I pay for the work AND PPH steps in and refuses to pay .

This is the last time I use PPH.  Ridiculous .

PPH saying all the "terms" of proof have not been met.  I am proof in that I approved the payment.  SIMPLE and basic.  Pay my bill please or I will consider the dollars lost.
