Thread's bug caused refund

Hello PPH,

There is something wrong in the thread. https://www.peopleperhour.com/stream/view?id=10893427

My client sent me her teamviewr ID to connect to her computer and I was about to start working but it didn't show me ID. Because of this.. client ask for refund, she thought that I am playing games, but actually I didn't get that ID not even in the emails (thread messages) that I receive from PPH. She had an urgent job so she can't wait for more and she just asked for refund.

Now today in the morning when I woke up there's an email containing her ID. Then I checked the thread again and now it is also appearing in the thread.

This is seriously a worst experience. I haven't got any poor ratings and reviews yet but just because of this I don't want to loose my profile reputation.

I want to hear from you something about this. I'm very upset that I broke the trust of my client which is actually not because of my fault.

Take a look into my request as soon as possible.
