I need to repost this job "

Looking for some to work on a frontpage and move the site to an add-on hosting account

Because the person who took on the job has been unable to deliver. The job has not been done

  Hi Kelly,

  How do I get in touch with support?  The reason being is that I have paid for a job with a freelancer who I have previously done business with (e.g. she has offered good reliable service and I wish to continue using her services).  However, due to some glitch at PPH, I have no ability to communicate with her on my workstream?

  This is now URGENT!

  Please improve support so that I can get this matter resolved.  I will keep trying to contact support in a variety of methods, email, facebook, forum, etc, with details of my problem until I hear an answer.

  Hi Kelly. 

  i have ask somebody to do a project. This has become a night mare. i have raised a ticket a day ago. for PHH to check my account messages to see whats going. Nobody has got back to me. 

  i left with a project not completed,

  this person has agreed this:

  22 NOV 2017
  25 OCT 2017
  this work and payment you provide me via PPH when i will not complete your work then i will return amount and my condition i want amount 3 milestone when design part complete then you release £50 and second when i will start work on development release £50 and final invoice when i will move all code on your server then you release final amount.

  so i gave him the job

  he then during the project not been completed he send me ESCROW (which i refuse until its completed correctly, then change it to and paid it)

  now he refuses to complete the work .

  This people need  to be ban on this site. this is twice this happen to me. i lost money before. i will not lose money again 

  PHH is not helping at all. could some body get in-touch please
