Security Question Help

I can get into all of my account and do hourlies but I can't access the payments panel. Can someone please get in touch with me as I do not recall actually setting up security questions on this site and the ones I'm trying aren't working so either they weren't set up or I was silly and set up really hard ones that do not now occur to me. Happy to provide verification by other means.
