HOW DO I PAY

 

HOW ON EARTH DO I PAY AN ACCEPTED OFFIER. THIS SITE IS SO CONFUSING. I AM GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PAY SOMEONE FOR THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE.

  Ask your Freelancer to raise an Invoice and Release the Invoice when you receive the work.

  Same here I tried sending money by via bank transfer and my worker still didn't receive it yet the money was taking out.

  I just found out that I had paid to my freelance (money has been taken form my credit card) but the freelancer has not received anything. Then I checked and changed the status completed. I would not have known about this if my freelancer have not asked his payment!

  How do I pay and give a review? My site says I have but I haven't!

  @Juliet, if you have already accepted an offer the money is already on PPH Escrow. The money has been deducted from your Card/Account but the Freelancer hasn't received it yet. You need to release the payments. Go the offer section by scrolling through your message window, click on the offer section (the section with a big ribbon), find the release payment options and click on it. 
  
  After releasing the payments, you can submit your feedback and rate the freelancer. But unless the Freelancer submits a review as well, the review won't appear publicly. You'll be able to verify after 15 days if your hired freelancer didn't submit a review.

  I know this thread is old but I'm hoping someone can give me some advice since there's no contact number for PPH...

   

  I don't understand how to pay a freelancer. I have found a logo designer whose work I like however she has given me her personal bank details. Is this allowed?
