workstream moderated and my profile restricted, I want to make a complaint

My client has had her job moderated and the workstream restricted she cannot send the work to me I cannot raise an invoice as it is still blocked yet you have penalized  me for not doing the work when i cant and i replied within 48 hours yet you have pushed my profile down even though i sent photographic proof to this email address that it is an error on PPH part that has caused this situation.

 

dimitris.koufakis@peopleperhour.com  this is the person who has emailed em to to push my profile down and has received proof that the work stream is restricted so we cannot carry out the work.
