Good Afternoon, 

A new buyer on this site accepted my bid. Name of Emmanuel P. I answered his questions and then needed to wait for a response as he wanted to suggest topics. He had a deadline of this Saturday, which everything was on track for. He then requested a refund, said he was worried about reaching the deadline and no longer required my services. I refunded him and lost 250 points.

 

Please look at his account. He has no history and clearly just changed his mind as he has not gone with another freelancer. However I have lost both the credit and 250 points.
