I am not able to withdrawal my funds from my PPH wallet because there is no account selection method (payoneer).

Please assist.

  I have been told by email to withdraw/remove unused money from my account and I tried to close the account and withdraw the money but was received another message that "wallet funds can not be withdrawn."

  Please help me.
