  Hi Wali,

   

  The clarification board is for you to post a question before you bid as when you send a proposal you can´t ask any further questions unless the buyer accepts your proposal, then you can ask them as many questions as you like.... Be careful though as PPH "check messages" that you post on the clarification board before they will display it....
