Can't upload photo

Hi, I've created a new account, but whenever I try to upload a profile picture, The bar at the bottom just says 'please wait' and doesn't change back...have tried several times now and its still not working!

Please could you help me out?

  Cant upload photos

  It says something like "photo size limits exceeded" in RED message

  The Red message isnt clear and fully displayed it hides half of it in the corner of screen

  Cant do anyhting about it

  Pls enable the rest for completing my seller application

  I am also unable to upload a photo, and my application has been kicked back because of that.
