Pending proposals

Hi, whenever I send a proposal or bid, I find they are "pending". I wish to understand what exactly this means, whether my proposals get delivered to the clients, and if there is something that I or PPH can do to fix it (if it's a problem).

    Have you checked if these proposals are in your 'sent proposals' workstreams folder?

    In the meantime I have opened up a ticket for you with our customer support team and someone will email you soon.

    Hi, about this, what does pending proposal mean?? The price is fixed and the seller/person posting the job is always online but doesn't reply to it. Does it mean I should go on and start the job or just wait for it to be confirmed?

    I've just experienced this issue for the first time in the last hour, after submitting a new proposal. Usually my proposals feature in my sent workstream straight away, but this time I have received a PPH 'Seller Protection' notification at the bottom of the proposal, although it too is a fixed price job and the Buyer appears to be online. Will the Buyer receive my proposal in time before they award it to another Seller?

    I've just experienced this too for the first time ever? why is this happening and what doe sit mean? I am a TOP CERT seller with 99% feedback why are my proposals being monitored/showing as pending?

    Same issue here, I realized some of my proposals never reached the client.. so I get the "protection" and someone got the project theoretically meaning they are "unprotected" .. so in fact I am being protected from getting the job... and featured proposals are also not "protected" ... weird... expect a long article review from me after I find out where the controversy comes from..
