PROFILE NOT ACCEPTED
Hello - wonder if you can help
I received an email saying that my profile was not accepted since I need to make a few changes. After making the changes, I did get an email saying profile accepted.However, I am still not able to send any proposals because it says that m profile has not been accepted yet.
I was hoping that you could help me with this matter and advise me what I am doing wrong.
