Account verification taking extra long

I recently submitted the requested document for Bank verification. You asked for a bank statement screenshot; I sent it; and when I go into the bank accounts' screen it is still pending. It's been already 12+ days over and haven't seen any actions.

Please advise why the delay and when I can be verified to withdraw - should it really take this long?
