I have uploaded a profile picture of myself twice now and have had an email back saying the photo is not genuine? Can someone please contact me and look into the matter as I have paid for the fast track service and this is stopping me from looking for any jobs.

 

Also I keep editing the wording on my profile and it keeps going back to what was on there previously?
