Problem with Seller and not delivering

Seller taken so far over a month to do a job that was meant to only take 2 days.

Many mistakes, spelling issues, grammar problems. Not following information supplied. Fails to fix issues then moans its taking them to long.

Finally got to what we believed was a working website and Database yet after paying seller uploaded a load of rubbish onto my webserver that does not work at all. Full of mistakes and not what was tested.

Broken SQL connections, Incorrect PHP coding, spelling mistakes in SQL Queries, references to their own server on my not so live functioning website.

Tried to raise for refund but it says all I can request is ZERO

I hope you let everyone here know how this develops because as soon as a ticket is raised and it goes private we are all left out of the information loop. Good luck!
