Need to be paid

I have been waiting to get paid well over 2 months everytime I raise an invoice PPH cancels it. I have been told not to worry even if the buyer doesn't verify id they will still release the money out escrow and every time they cancel. They just email and tell me what I want to hear to shut me up. This is wrong I gave proof that my buyer wasn't going pay me or talk online anymore because he didn't want pay so the money been sitting in escrow for 2 months I have everything on the workstream proving this. I've done my part and nothing. I am desperate for that money I earned and it's not my fault you didn't check his id before taking his money. Don't you think you're doing a criminal act by taking money that may be stolen since your saying that its criminal its criminal on you for not checking before accepting the money? That's like having stolen goods in your possession and saying I didn't know it was stolen before you excepted it you can go jail for that and no court will buy that excuse? I am forced to seek other measures and I will go to the BBB and social media and the freelancer union. I will also call my news stations for their help because you're messing with my way to support myself. Like I said he is not going to verify his information he has not been on this platform for over a month. I am fed up and no more excuses if I have to ill take it to court. You will pay me for what I worked and you need to understand this is your mess up not mine and treat your freelancer better.

I would like to inform you that I have sent an email to user "Michael S." explaining the situation, that because they have not verified their account your payment is being delayed, and I have listed the 3 documents that they need to provide. Once they reply and provide everything that is needed I will forward everything to our payments team so they can approve the buyer's account so you can then raise your invoice again.

This security check process is not done when a customer makes a deposit, because the deposit might not end up being a payment if the work does not get completed, e.g. if the two parties disagree and a refund is issued, so it is done before releasing the funds, when it is actually needed. If there is any doubt about e.g. the user, the payment method, etc. then our payments team will not release the funds immediately, and they will ask first for documents in order to make sure that everything is in order. Releasing the funds without verifying the source first would be more or less like taking part in criminal activity, e.g. money laundering, fraud charges.

urity checks and since the funds are available inside the escrow of your workstream, there is nothing to worry about. Even if the buyer does not take any action to verify their account, you will still receive your payment but it will be delayed because of this.

I have same problem, i will consider this totally unfair towards seller's. why PPH allow buyer to get job done before verification of account?

when we seller's account is verified and there is proof of work they whey they keep money in escrow, if buyer account is not verified then they keep their account suspend but they should transfer money to seller, if work done and sellers account is verified
