    I'm still trying to get this sorted Jennifer. I've managed to receive some messages from the buyer but apparently she has now bought an hourlie but I can't see it. PPH Support have said it's because the buyer changed the job she was enquiring about or something like that.

    I'll let you know if I manage to get any further forward.

    Really disappointed. I was waiting for the buyer to get back to me and it turns out she had to go with someone else in the end as the workstream was too much of a problem. This has lost me money with no real explanation from PPH as to why this was happening. Not happy.
