Genuine profile picture
Hello,i have been trying to activate my seller hourlie but i have been denied twice because it is saying that i did not provide genuine picture of mine. But in reality i did. Is there something i am missing? What is the solution? Please,help me.

Kelly!!!!! This is a perfect case in point no? I didn't even know you had a system in place to determine if a picture was genuine or not. Here, right here is a perfect opportunity for you to explain exactly what's gone wrong here. In fact if you take a look through the questions raised on this community there are several more with exactly the same problem.
Must I really explain to PPH what the purpose of a support community or a forum is???
Now given your previous fob to me on the first "answer" where precisely does Marina's personal information have to be in any way compromised in a complete answer to this issue?
