Remove refund fee from buyer

I don;t think it is fair for you to charge any refund fee from the buyer.

To avoid any cancellations from either seller or buyer, how about adding more functionality in the order format.

1) The seller to confirm delivery time

2) The seller to confirm delivery date and time 

I have had 2 sellers that has had a delivery time written in their profile, I have ordered the job and then they haven't confirmed it until later or they have delivered later than the leadtime in their profile.
