  Many thanks for your message.

  Have you already sent a proposal? Has the job been awarded to yourself? You should have a workstream with the client within your dashboard.

  I hope I am making sense to you seeing as you are new to our platform? I will also open a ticket just in case there is something I have missed.

  Yes, I sent a proposal but it won't allow me. I think the project has been given to someone else.

  Yes, I have the same problem.

  Awarded but when clicking on 'send proposal', I get 'This project is not open for proposals'.

  This definitely means someone else took it? Even if the project was posted 2 hours ago?

  It says above 'Ends in 29 days', does this project stay on display even if it was awarded and not open for proposals? What's the point?

  I am new to PPH too...

  Hi! i am also new to this plate form...My question is if the job has been already awarded then why it is still open to send proposal to buyer?? Please guide

  Hi,

  My notification shows I have been awarded a project to bid. however, when I click on 'Send to Proposal', I am getting a message that 'This project is not open for proposals'. Please confirm if the project has been awarded to me or not. If yes, how to contact the buyers?

  I believe that the green "Awarded" label shows current status of this job and it means that this job has already been awarded (to somebody else).

  Good day! Hello PeoplePerHour Support Team, I would like to ask for assistance regarding my problem. A buyer message me that I have been chosen to work for them by converting PDF files to word and excel file. I had sent proposal to this buyer. But my concern is the status of the said project of the buyer is "OPEN FOR PROPOSAL" when in fact, the project is already awarded to me perhaps. And as I check the status of my proposal it is still "PENDING".Then I check also the window of the list of my proposal and there is a status on the said project "OPPORTUNITY". What should I do? I am a new freelancer and hoping for your quick response on this matter. Thank You, Best Regards,
