How Long Does it Take to Verify Your Bank Account?

I created a request to verify my bank account; however, it's been taking quite some time for the account to be verified. It's been pending for awhile now.

I have an invoice that needs to be raised but because the status is still pending I can't raise the invoice. Can someone please create a ticket for me?

  I'm very sorry to hear that. I have looked in your account and can see that your document was rejected as your profile name does not match the name on the document you provided. 

  Please resolve this and re-submit.

  Hey Kelly,

  Yea, I got a notification telling me it declined.

  However, one specific reason why the bank account, in which I need money transferred in, doesn't match is because this account is something like a third party or intermediate account that I make payments, withdraws, deposits etc. in.

  If there's perhaps any legal documents that I may give in order to resolve this issue, please let me know. Or, if there's another way that I can have this problem fixed, again, please let me know.
