Withdraw funds issue

MY pph wallet has money 40 pound but i can't withdraw this money.i don't know what's the reason because i successfully approved my payonner account in pph. but when i click withdraw funds it doesn't show my payonner account for withdraw funds.kindly solve my issue.

  Sorry to hear about this. It is because the funds in your wallet are in GBP and the payoneer account is USD account. As the currency of both is different, you were not getting your payoneer account in withdrawal option.
  
  In this case, you can convert the funds from your end itself so that you can withdraw them to your payoneer account.You can need to click on "Convert funds" option under the following link then the funds will get converted.

  Did you upload you ID documents ? if not go here :

  https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments > Identification documents > Edit  and upload all requires documents

  If you see in my profile, It is approved for Payment Withdrawal way back, but I am unable withdraw it today, I dont know why it happened suddenly. I have separate payment methods for it for currencies. 

   

  Can you help me on this? Mohammed or Kelly. Please support me on this. I have been wondering here and there from last 5 days
