Featuring my profile - payments won't go through?

When i try to feature my profile, the payments won't go through. Even though i have been selected to be featured, it isn't getting featured because of the payments problem. I'm not sure why this is because I have paid for hourlies and to feature my profile several times before and it's all worked just fine. I've been using my stored payment method, the same one i've been using since i started as a freelancer and checking my accounts I have the funds to pay to feature my profile. 

Help would be much appreciated!

  Use you account balance or try to deposit funds first then use your account balance to pay to feature you profile.
