Hourlies new 120 character field
I find the new hourly 120 character field incredibly frustrating!!! you are forced to make an entry here but unless you get 120 characters you get a message and cannot proceed - if you go over 150 characters the same happens - yet there is no indication of how many characters you have used!
Ifyou are going to insist on this field containing at least 120 characters then at least give us a character counter indicator so we can see how many we have typed - at the moment it is a guessing game!

Yes, I agree. It's frustrating to be hit by these character limited text box, but I have to manually count the characters somewhere else. Provide a counter and enforce the limitation while I'm typing, not after I've finished and I click submit. If there's a minimum, the submit should be disabled until I hit the minimum. If there's a maximum, I should simply not be able to type more than the maximum. And always have a counter with an indication of the minimum required.
