Notify users about The Status of their inactive account
I've spent two time sensitive days trying to process a simple payment to pay a seller for services. Your payment processing portal kept bouncing me back to the "accept proposal" page with NO explaination or verification if a payment failed to go through. After two days of trying, switching credit cards and using 3-4 computer and tablets, clearing my history/cache I find out that you disable my account and required me me to basically start over again by submitting several documents to prove/show my identity.
After engaging with sellers for over two weeks your software or dashboard NEVER informed me that I needed to update my details or account. I was embarrassed after dealing with sellers in/with confidence assuring them that I would send their deposit.
Within your forum other users have experience the same challenges.
You should fix this asap.
