I have been awarded points for a finished job/paid invoice. Where are they and what are they for please?

  Hi many thanks for your message,

  You get these awarded points on when you do things that PPH are 'great' for example when you complete a job on time or invoice on time. When a client leaves good feedback after paying for a job on time etc. These points all help towards your positioning on our leader board. You can read all about it here...
