    I have altered the status of your ticket from 'high' to 'urgent', however our senior advisers are extremely busy at the moment with a higher than usual volume of ticket requests.

    I can not create my ticket urgent status. I can not refund my work . and very bad system. why I can not cancel hourlie job ?
