Huge PPH fee. Why?
I have been docked an unusually large fee for my last piece of work. In fact, the fee have not been consistent: £24 one time and £96 the next for the same value invoice. Please can someone explain this to me?

Hi Kelly,
I reviewed Section 8 and I'm pasting the subsections below for your reference, to tell me which section applies to both our issues...?
8. PPH fees
8.1 Buyer Fees
8.1.1 NDA Fee
8.1.2 Talent Scout Fee
8.2 Seller fees
8.3 Zero Service Fee scheme
8.3.1 General
8.3.2 No Service Fee
8.3.2. Eligibility
8.4 Admin fee for inactive User accounts
8.5 Currency Conversion
We are Buyers FYI. My problem is this Hourlie is charging me for more work than the original Hourlie order, and is asking for more money to resolve a problem that wasn't there when they began the work on my web site. The Hourlie has my log-in information for my site, and is negotiating a higher rate.
I'm not pleased and haven't had this problem with PPH before. I did put in a Dispute Resolution but I think you should respond more comprehensively especially for other Buyers in the PPH community.
