Deposit into my PPH wallet with incorrect reference
Hi Support Team,
I am writing to inform you that a friend of mine mistakenly put a wrong Reference code when he tried to deposit funds into my PPH account via UK Bank Transfer.
The correct reference code for my deposit is RT00053 but my friend mistakenly put RT00043 in the Reference column for the transfer. Below is the details of the person who made the payment on my behalf:
Please, I need your help on how to resolve this error asap.

Thanks for responding quickly. I didn't get any email notifying me that a ticket has been opened for this issue neither did I receive any email from the support team.
