    Thank you for your message.

    I have checked with the technical team and they informed me that the issue is not from our end, we have verified and approved your Payoneer account, and PPH account. You need to contact Payoneer and make sure that your Payoneer account is also activated from their end, because on our system we see that it's still Pending approval. You can also see this when you go into your PPH account under section Withdrawal accounts.

    Many thanks for your message.

    I have looked in your account and noticed that your withdrawal was approved by us and left PPH on 8th Sept. It should be in your nominated bank account within 3 working days of that withdrawal.

    I'm in a similar situation.

    I asked for my PPH balance to be transferred to my UK bank-account. I have messages from PPH confirming the transfer on the 7th, along with a withdrawal fee... yet no money to be seen in my bank-account.

    I didn't pay for Fast Track, but if I have had to pay a withdrawal fee and the money is no longer in my PPH account, I expect it to be in my bank-account, rather than swimming around the ether without any indication of when I will get it.
