i withdrew a payment of around 19.9 euros a few days back but still didn't turn up on paypal.

can you please check the status of the last payment withdrawn.

  I have opened up a ticket for you with our customer support team and someone will email you soon. However, please be advised that withdrawals can take 3 working days to appear in your account and there has been a very long bank holiday weekend.
