extra fee taken when paying with Pay pal

Hi 

 

I made a payment with Pay pal today and I have been charge £8.10 fees

Can I please have the all mount refund and I will use my debit card to pay the final payment instead.

  I am unable to send Proposal for job but the send pop up with

  "YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT DEBIT AMOUNT OF 8.50$".

  PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD ANS I CAN NOT AFFORD RIGHT

  NOW PLEASE DEDUCT AMOUNT FROM MY EARNED AMOUNT LATE

  BUT ABLE MY ACCOUNT TO APPLY FOR MORE PROPOSALS.
