Provide Real Location

I have provided all the details ask for (including my real location) but get the message that I must provide this to be approved.  

Any idea what is going on here?  Seems to be a common issue looking through your posts but, depsite there being a reply from PPH saying they'll open a ticket, there doesn't seem to be a resolution.

  hello.

  my profile is all complete and i also give the location but it doesnt allow me to send proposals

  always ask to resubmit profile and enter your location i dont know why please help me to solve this
