Hi Team - I have completed the application process and have received an email to confirm that my application has been approved however, when I try to submit a proposal I get an error message that I need to complete an Application before I can submit a proposal. I would really appreciate your help to resolve this as I have found a project that I am perfectly matched to. Many Thanks Sonia
