blocked workstream

My workstream has been blocked and I can not complete my transaction with my client. What is the issue? Can I get help?

How will this be sorted out? I have received the email but the workstream is still blocked. It was the second project I was doing for my client and they had put some money on the escrow account, I had also finished the job and posted it. How can I get help?
