CANCELLED JOBS - NO CREDITS REFUNDED
Recently jobs I applied for have been cancelled. The message comes up that I will be refunded. It hasn't happened. Could you please sort this out.
Also, when in the month are proposal credits awarded?

Please let me explain a bit about proposal credits.
At the beginning of every month all users are given 15 Proposal credits completely free.
For every Proposal sent, 1 credit is used up even if the Buyer does not accept your Proposal. But if you are the first seller to send a proposal for that Job post, then it is absolutely free.
If you cancel a Proposal with a particular Buyer (for example because something is incorrect or you agree a slightly changed scope) and re-submit a new Proposal to the same Buyer in the same WorkStream it will not use up another credit.
Irrespective of how many credits you used up the previous month (whether 0, 1, 15, or anything in between) you will start the next month with an allocation of 15 credits again.
If you run out of proposal credits, you can always buy more by going to your Settings and within the General section clicking "Buy more" in front of the row Proposal Credits. Unlike the free allotment of 15 credits each month, credits that you buy do rollover each month if you don't use them.
