Invoice from PPH for transaction charges

I need an invoice for PPH charges. I have provided a copy of an invoice from a supplier, but there is a charge of 10.60 from PPH appearing as an extra cost for the 50% Escrow payment. I cannot see any way of printing an invoice for this charge. Can I have one please?
