    Hello

    Thank you for your message.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please note that if the Buyer does not either i) pay the Invoice or ii) reject the Invoice within such seven (7) day period PPH will provide assistance to the Seller to chase payment. If the Invoice remains unpaid after thirty (15) days a final 24-hour notification will be issued to the Buyer. If after 24 hours the Buyer has not responded to this notification the funds in the Escrow Account, up to the unpaid Invoice amount, will be released to the Seller’s PPH Wallet.

Therefore please respond to all PPH notifications/messages regarding payments.

However we recommend that you contact your Seller on the WorkStream to explain why you are seeking a refund. In many cases Sellers will look to work with you to resolve the issues.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

    Thank you.

I must say as a buyer I found out today that PPH is not protecting me.

they forcefully took my money, without work done and this after violations of the seller

And what about the sellers who constantly get hounded by the buyer to do this, do that, move the goal posts and change the requirements (expecting no extra fee I must add) but as soon as the invoice is raised, they are never heard from again?

Sellers need this protection because I suspect, that both of you havent kept your end of the bargain. I've worked with plenty of people to spot the tell tale signs and you two are prime examples.

You have plenty of time to respond before any forceful payment is made. You need to remember that people are giving up their own time, more often than not their own personal time and during un-social hours, so they can meet their end of the deal and keep their ratings high. Many people dont realise the sacrifices that many buyers make.

Then theres the attitude that because they approach a freelancer, they can ask for the world on a plate yet pay nothing for it. Ignorance really is bliss for some on here.

I just had a seller invoice for work that wasn't complete & PPL just released the funds. How do I get my money back? If unable, I will NEVER use this service again. That is 100% deal breaker.
