Hi Have sent an invoice for some work however the client did not accept the invoice and not coming online from many days.  

What should i do?

  Many thanks for your message.

  I have opened up a ticket for you with our customer support team and someone will email you soon. If you have sent an invoice and your buyer doesn't respond within 15 days - but all work is evidenced and completed within the workstream, then the payment should be released, automatically, from escrow after 15 days. This is as long as the buyer doesn't raise a dispute about the level of work produced.

  many time request send but request was cancelled any time

  how much you get time to  approved payment ? my PPH account to my seller escrow

  why pph take too much time for approved payment my PPH account to my seller escrow
