    Hello Sean,

I am very sorry to hear that you are having trouble completing a payment in our site. Please be advised that all transactions that are processed on Peopleperhour go through our standard security checks and we have a number of controls and checks that take place before any transfer of funds can proceed. These checks are part of our on-going commitment to maintaining the security of our customers’ funds.

Unfortunately the Payments Team has not been unable to verify your account electronically and you will not be able to make any deposit in our Platform until we receive additional documentation. We request that you provide us with clearly legible scanned colour copies (scan, photo or screenshot) of one document from each of the categories listed below:

    • a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

    • a copy of a recent utility bill or Bank Statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old). This can be anything from gas to electricity to mobile phone bill. Additionally, an online bank statement that includes both your name and address will do.

    • a copy of the front and back of the card you are trying to use on your PPH account. For Security Compliance we recommend that you blank out the central 8 digits of the card number digits, and the last three digits at the number on the back (CVC/CVV number)

    • a PayPal account statement. Please log in to paypal.com, go to Profile > Settings and send us a screenshot of this page.

Thank you for being patient. If you have any other inquiry please do not hesitate to contact me again.

    Kind Regards,

This can be done in your profile page or through support@peopleperhour.com

But whenever I am trying to take the membership plan by depositing the total amount there via paypal, it is rejecting. Don't know why. My paypal account is all perfect.

Kindly help me to take the membership plan here.
