Proposal Error
In my workstream with a client(Ankit A.) i have sent a proposal and we changed some specifics about our work, so i tried to cancel it and send another with different quote. The problem is that the proposal keeps showing IN PROGRESS. It says it should take a couple of minutes, but it has been days. Neither he nor I can cancel it. Can you help? Thank you

Hello. The proposal is now cancelled, thank you. But since we changed it i raised an invoice that is in smaller amount than the previous proposal, but my client's money doesn't reflect on his account from the canceled previous proposal so he can't accept my invoice. Can you please help? And why is the system so prone to errors? What is going on? Thank you in advance
