Hello, i've made an error and would like to change the surname on my account. How do I do this please?

  Hello, I have accidentally used my last name wrong on my profile of which means that I can't add my bank account due to my last name being different on my People per hour account from my bank statement.
  
  I use Chaudhry as my professional name for my freelance business.

  How do i change my last name from Chaudhry to Eray ?
